Section 1: Membership, Renewals and DonationsQ. How do I know when it's time to renew my annual membership?A. Our new site will automatically send e-mail reminders when it is time for you to renew your annual membership. If you have yet to complete it, update your membership profile information by clicking on your name in the upper left-hand corner of the Home Page and choosing to "Edit" your profile.
Q. How do I check the status of my annual membership?A. The best way to do this is to click on your name in the upper left-hand corner of the Home Page. In your Profile, under Membership Details, your level and status is listed.
Q. How do I change my annual membership level?A. You will also click on your name in the upper left-hand corner on the Home Page. Under the Membership Details, you will see a green button that says "Change membership level". This will allow you to upgrade your level of membership.
Q. How do I renew my annual membership?A. You can either click the "Members Only" tab and click the link there, or you can click "JOIN" on the Home Page. Either of these options will guide you to the proper form and payment method. You can also click on your name in the upper left-hand corner and under Membership Details, you will see a green button that says "Renew to (some date)".
Q. What is a Members Only event?A. These are events that are created specifically for our active members. If you would like to participate in one of these events, please join or renew your annual membership.
Q. How do I donate for an event or a special donation?A. On the Home Page, click "DONATE" and you can fill out the Donation Form to indicate which event or special donation you would like to donate to. You will then be prompted to pay online.
Q. Can I send in a check for my renewal or donations?A. Absolutely! Make the check out to Coastal WildScapes with the correct amount and a note on the check as to whether it is a membership renewal or a certain type of donation. Checks can be sent to P.O. Box 1106 Darien, GA 31305.
Section 2: Event Sign-upsQ. How do I sign up for an upcoming event?A. You can either click the "Events" tab on the Home Page, pick your event and pay online, or you can click a link for that event on our Home page. There are a few different verbiage and photo links for each upcoming event on the Home Page. All of these will get you to the same "Events" page.
Q. How do I know what events I'm signed up for?A. There are two ways to see the events you are signed up for. The first is to click on your name in the upper left-hand corner of the Home Page. If you click on "Invoices and Payments", you will see the purchases you have made online. The second option is to click on the "Events" tab and click on whichever event you are interested in. If you are already signed up, you will see "Already registered" next to the "Register" button. If you have paid by check, a staff member will have gone in and manually changed your status to "Already registered".

Q. I need to cancel my event registration. How do I do that?A. Send an e-mail to info@coastalwildscapes.org within at least 2 days of the event. Include your name, the event, and total number of registrations that need to be cancelled. We will refund you as quickly as possible.
Section 3: Habitat CertificationQ. What is a Habitat Certification?A. This is a certification given to those who complete the application. This program is currently ON HOLD, but all information can still be used to self-evaluate your own property. Click the link "Habitat Certification" on the website for more details.
Section 4: OtherQ. Where do you get the plants for your Spring and Fall Native Plant Sales?A. Each sale, we have between 3 to 5 vendors. Coastal WildScapes is one of the vendors and we supply native plants grown from seeds sustainably collected from various locations on the Georgia Coast. The other vendors have included: Southern Native Plantings, Thompson’s Garden, Naturescapes, Florabundance Gardens, & Lazy K Nursery.
